I FINALLY got a chance to use some of your charcoal. I’ve been active with my son this summer, so most of my cooks are quick. Just got a couple of St Louis’ on and the aroma…OMG❤️❤️💯. Osso Bucco next week and I will be putting these coals on BLAST after that. Amazing 👏🏼 🤩
